What is the typical delivery timeframe for furniture?
Most of our handcrafted home pieces are delivered within 7-14 business days. For larger furniture items requiring white-glove delivery, please allow up to 3 weeks for scheduling and transit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, OMHU ships to the contiguous United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and item weight.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We want you to love your space. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are non-returnable.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. You can also monitor your status by logging into your OMHU account.
