At OMHU, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition and packaging. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your space, we are here to help simplify the return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original OMHU packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain eligible for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
